"For Zion's sake I will not be silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest; until its righteousness goes out as brightness, and her salvation as a burning lamp. And the nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and you will be called by a new name, which the mouth of Jehovah will name. You also will be a crown of glory in the hand of Jehovah, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God." Isaiah 62:1-3

As Christians, we are all called to support the Nation of Israel. In Genesis 12:3, the Lord promises to "bless those who bless you (Israel), and whoever curses you I will curse" (NIV).

Psalm 122 instructs us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem!"

Since 2007 - over the past 18 Years, Pray4Zion has continued to stand with Israel working with the local Messianic Congregations and Organizations in Northern Israel. We believe that the Lord has called Pray4Zion to be a blessing to His Brethren! And through local Congregations assists Hostages and their families that are in dire need as well as; Orphans and needy families; the elderly Holocaust Survivors, IDF Soldiers, School and Creche in Northern Israel. Our work has increased since the 07th October, 2023 after Israel suffered the greatest loss of lives from a barbaric attack by Hamas terrorists in Gaza upon innocent Israeli citizens! The WAR spread to surrounding Islamic Nations, and proxies of Iran bent on her destruction. Our goal is to make sure that the Lord’s Brethren are taken care of in Israel. We know that we cannot do this for everyone ...but by putting a smile back on a child’s face ...or easing the burden of a family ...or meeting the needs of a Holocaust Survivor - Pray4Zion through our generous partners over the years has and still are helping ease the suffering of many impoverished families, thereby help break the cycle of poverty and give children at Schools from needy families a chance for a better future.

At the beginning of 2021, at least 2 million Israelis were already living below the poverty line - those most affected are the children and elderly. With over 1/3 of Israeli children living under the poverty line. The elderly many rely upon help to meet their dire needs such as medical, food and living costs. Before the pandemic began, many Israeli citizens were already living in poverty …at least 1.8 million people lived under the poverty line in 2018, with 841,000 of those being children. Today with hardly any tours or visitors to the Holy Land – many companies have closed, hotels and tourists’ sites, businesses closed. The lastest statistics for 2025 will be sadly be Israel's worst due to the War and terrorist attacks from Gaza!  

Their may be a "fragile" PEACE plan thankfully to US President Donald Trump and PM Bibi Netanyaha signed on 13 October 2025 that brought home the last 20 living hostages ...BUT in Israel and according to the Bible  ...its difficult times yet ahead for Israel and the Jewish people. Only time will tell!
