Did you notice how things have changed so drastically - even just in the past 2 months alone? What does the Hebrew Year 5785 (2025) hold for us as true believers in Yeshua – Jesus Christ? The world paused since the plan-demic of 2020 in a sense …but NOT for long! This world is preparing for a fragile "peace" …BUT "sudden destruction" is coming …AND so get ready for a roller-coaster ride in 2025! Truly, we believe that we are living in Prophetic End-time "season" and that we are privileged to be alive to see so many Biblical "signs" come to pass. We must stay "Kingdom focused" …and more so in these evil times! Today, it’s about a humanly devised world of ever-increasing technological developments and a world in which even human nature has changed …and where Globalist Elites and World Leaders want to play the role of God. "…but he who endures to the end shall be saved." - Matthew 24:13.

Prophetic events will not be put on hold as NOBODY is able to stop what lies ahead… They will press forward at "warp speed" …and Almighty God actually says that He has to "cut short" those days, otherwise, NO flesh would survive; "…unless the days are cut short – NO flesh would survive!" – Matthew 24:22. We must study the Bible – God’s Word and stand firm in our blessed faith as our ONLY hope is found in Yeshua - Christ Jesus! 1/3 of the Bible is Prophecy and we are living in those very End-times that the Bible warned us of thousands of years ago. No man or world leader can save us! Not one place in the Bible does it say that things WILL get better the closer it gets to the Coming of our Lord! The world is certainly experiencing "birth-pains!" How can we NOT see it all playing out? Prophecy is happening right before our eyes …and what a beautiful time to be alive and to see Prophecy unfolding! We must keep our eyes on Israel and the Middle East as this is the "epicentre" of what lies ahead in 2025!

Here is a summary of some ‘significant’ MAJOR events happened in 2024… The 2024 BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia indicated that Russia's isolation is only effective against the West and marked the expansion of the BRICS bloc (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) adding new members; Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, United Arab Emirates on January 1, 2024;

5 eclipses occurred, 2 solar and 3 lunar. (Partial) Europe, much of Asia, Africa, North and South America, Pacific and Atlantic; We saw the rise of earthquakes and floods across the world;

The War between Russia and Ukraine continued on; Israel fights a WAR on 9-fronts (Psalm 83?);

And, the shameful "Lawfare" by the corrupt South African ANC Government …at the United Nations ICJ/ICC Courts in the Hague …accusing Israel of a so-called "genocide" whilst they were doing the very same thing to minority groups in South Africa!

Sadly, in April 2024 we saw Israeli EL AL Airlines having to suspend its flights to South Africa - ending a 73-year relationship between the two countries! On 14 June, 2024 - South African General Elections took place however, in order for the then bankrupt ANC party to take part they were paid a substantial financial reward by Iran! Then pay-back time came for the ANC (another proxy of Iran) and they then took Israel to the ICC Courts on 21 November, 2024 and with the backing of 124 anti-Israel pro-Palestinian countries obtained "a warrant of arrest" for; Israeli PM Netanyahu, Yoav Gallant …AND another even more ridiculous laughable warrant of arrest ICCJ issued for a Deceased Hamas Commander!" The crime? So-called alleged "crimes against humanity and war crimes" while Israel was simply defending its people against annihilation!"

The antisemitic ANC government then closed the Israeli Embassy in South Africa… because of the War in Gaza (Zephaniah 2:4-7) initiated by Hamas and Iran to wipe-out Jews and Israel! It was a brutal, demonic, planned attack on most innocent vulnerable Israeli civilians mainly; babies, toddlers, families, the youth and the elderly orchestrated by Hamas Islamist terrorists and UNWRA on 7 October, 2023! At the time of writing this article the WAR continues on …and will until ALL the Israeli hostages are released;

Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon joined Hamas in the War against Israel in 2023 …BUT then on 26 November, 2024 was willing to accept "a fragile peace" after their defeat!

The South African ANC Government and their Cabal had openly chosen side with the enemies of Israel who are the enemies of God …and they have chosen to support the evil agendas of Communism, Iran, other Islamic terrorist Nations instead all the while their own people suffer greatly for lack, jobs, broken infrastructure, water, electricity and food etc. God is able to remove unrighteous leaders and bring about change …IF people stand firm together in prayer to say "NO more" - just as Americans did on their 05 November, 2024 Election; "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." – 2 Chronicles 7:14.

The Books of Nehemiah and Ezra give us a template for National rebuilding …and is a blueprint for restoring; culture, family, economy, and faith. When a Nation (or individual) stands with Israel – God’s Land and chosen people, they are blessed! But when they chose to destroy Israel by any means as ANC Government has done at the ICJ/ICC Courts they chose to bring a curse upon themselves (Genesis 12:3). This is God’s Word and NOT ours! Ask, why is everything falling apart in South Africa over the past 30 years as South Africa began to cut ties with Israel? We as believers are grafted into the Old Covenant through a New Covenant in Yeshua (Jesus) describing this as the foundation for renewed unity between Jews and Gentiles.

Can we as believers do to bring change in 2025 against wicked government agendas? Yes, we can if we humble ourselves and PRAY …and trust God for change;

Prayer for God-Fearing Leaders; Pray that God-fearing, law-abiding citizens and leaders would take and maintain seats in ALL branches of the government.

Prayer for Corruption to be Exposed; Pray that any leaders working against Godly Biblical principles, in secret or in public, against the will of the people will be exposed and removed from positions of influence. (Psalm 109:8)

Prayer for the Nations Sovereignty; Declare that the borders and sovereignty are essential and that any plans to undermine them will be thwarted in Yeshua - Jesus’ Name.

Prayer for God’s protection… "Heaven Abba Father, we come before You in these pivotal days ahead for our beloved families, country, humbling ourselves and seeking Your mercy and guidance. We ask for Your forgiveness where we have fallen short, both as individuals and as a Nation. Grant us the courage to stand boldly in faith, aligning our hearts and actions with Your will. Lord, we pray that Your hand guides the outcome this year. We trust that You have prepared a Leader for our Nation who will honour You, uphold justice, and seek Your wisdom. May Your Favour rest upon us all, steering us back to You in repentance and humility. Amen!"

A Warning to all Israel’s enemies - DO NOT Mess with Israel! "The burden against Damascus. ‘Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, and, it will be a ruinous heap. The cities of Aroer are forsaken; they will be for flocks which lie down, and no one will make them afraid. The fortress also will cease from Ephraim, the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria; They will be as the glory of the children of Israel,’ Says the Lord of hosts. Isaiah 17:1-4.

Now look at what happened to Syria and it happened quickly as Israel destroyed over 80% of Syria’s military equipment and weapon storage facilities! The Fall of Damascus… Syria is a long-time enemy of Israel fell on the 8^th December, 2024 to (Sunni sect of Islam) rebels; Al Qaeda and Isis who removed Syrian leader Bashar Assad (Alawite sect of Islam) …and ended 61 years of Dictatorship rule! For 3,000 years, Damascus has stood as one of the oldest, continuously inhabited Cities of the world …BUT changed drastically 640AD as they chose the path of Islam!

Before 1516, Syria was part of the Mamluk Empire centred in Lower Egypt.

The Ottoman Sultan Selim I conquered Syria in 1516 after defeating the Mamelukes at "the Battle of Marj Dabiq" near Aleppo in Northern Syria and Ottomans (today Turkey) ruled until 1918! The birth of Muhammad’s Islam also birthed "the Levant." In 1944 Syria achieved complete Independence and when Israel was re-birthed in 1948 and Syria already had begun their fight against Israel. In 1967 Israel pre-emptively struck Syia and took over the Golan Heights and in 2017 President trump confirmed that the Golan Heights belonged part of Israel!

Syria is conquered BUT Israel stands! Today we literally witnessed the collapse of Syria’s Government and truly right before our eyes Prophecy taking place …and soon we will see the complete destruction of Damascus city as well!

The Al-Nusra rebels (Al Qaeda and ISIS) have literally taken over the City of Damascus and even Assad’s presidential palace, banking, TV Stations, Airport …and as the Bible warned us that this would happen "suddenly!" Now is this a good thing? In 2011 Barack Obama came to Syria and attended an Islamic University and spoke to them about the "democracy of the Arab world" and fuelled the so-called "Arab Spring" that really was an "Arab winter" giving rise to brutal terrorism of ISIS and Al-Qaeda who literally pushed out the Kurds, killed Christians and began to take over Syria. This was the beginning of extremist Islamic hatred of Israel and the West! Syria’s allies became Russia, Iran, Hezbollah and Turkey somewhat helped Assad!

When President Trump took over in 2016, he destroyed ISIS and Al-Qaeda!’ Syria and became stable under his Presidency. BUT when Biden took over in 2020 (we all know that behind the scenes Barack Obama worked silently) to remove Assad …and today Al-Nusra, ISIS and Al-Qaeda terrorists under his watch are back!  And, then calculated that Israel had defeated Hamas and Hezbollah and took advantage that this was the right moment to step in and so they removed Assad (not for Israel but take Syria for Islam).

The Assad kingdom is now gone and in a way was a win for Israel as they gained ground and for protection of the people in the North. BUT the Real WIN is for the rebels who want to take back the Levant and remove Israel. This is definitely NOT good for Israel, Syrian Christians and Kurds who are the people without a Kurdish State! These rebel terrorists from; "Al-Nusra Front" also known as the "Front for the Conquest of the Levant," and were formed in 2012 whilst under the leadership of then US President Barack Hussein Obama! They are backed and funded by the Sunni Islamic Republic of Turkey. The rebels are also a Sunni Jihadists Organization …and the most aggressive of ALL Jihardist groups! Turkey will certainly benefit here! These rebels were fighting against Syrian Assad’s government forces for 13-years and their aim has always been to overthrow Bashar al-Assad BUT the real reason; to establish an Islamic State ruled by Sharia law in Syria!

So, who is the newly appointed "Rebel Leader" of Syria? He is an Al Qaeda jihadist Islamist who goes by the name; Al-Jolani (his real name is Ahmed al-Sharaa) and has vowed in his victory speech that - Israel will be his next target! Ater capturing Damascus with minimal resistance the; Al-Nusra backed terrorist rebels issued a chilling threat to Israel vowing "to march to (so-called) ‘Israeli-occupied’ Jerusalem and liberate it for Islam!" A viral, un-verified video shows armed fighters pledging "to free Palestine" and to "re-capture Al-Aqsa Mosque" in Jerusalem and to liberate Gaza! They don’t just want to take over the Al-Aksa Mosque in Jerusalem BUT also Mecca in Saudi Arabia.

There were so many significant things that happened during 2024 …that we wonder what lies ahead for 2025?

What then could follow to bring about the Ezekiel 38 WAR? A NUCLEAR strike could literally and completely reduce the city of Damascus to rubble! If the nuclear weapons of Assad fall into wrong hands and if Israel does not destroy it first! The Isaiah 17 Prophecy is NOT just about Damascus! It can set off a "chain reaction" that can follow from this and lead to even greater Prophetic events. So, what happens next? Syria and Damascus has now fallen into the hands of rebels with new leadership of far greater danger to Israel! It’s NOT only a very dangerous time for Israel BUT for the Christians and Kurds still living in Syria …AND so we must keep them in our prayers!

As believers we are reminded here that God is able to do the impossible! Paul, then known as Saul, was on his way to Damascus from Jerusalem to arrest followers of Yeshua (Jesus). Paul was carrying a letter from the high priest of the Temple and as he approached Damascus, a blinding light from Heaven flashed around him and so he fell to the ground and heard a voice say, "’Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? Paul asked, "Who are you, Lord?" and the voice replied, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting!" Yeshua (Jesus) told Paul to get up and go into the city, where he would be told what to do and was led into Damascus by his companions, who were left speechless. Paul now blind for 3 days did not eat or drink anything. His conversion led him to give his life to following Christ and spreading the Gospel. (Acts 22:6–21; 26:12–18).

BUT there is more here! The destruction of Syria followed by the take-over of Damascus by the rebels could provoke a NUCLEAR attack on Damascus that could "completely bring the city to ruin" as Isaiah warned. Think about this? Iran and Russia have not only invested millions of US dollars into Assad’s regime but also used it as military bases and for nuclear …and so both Nations must NOT be happy about these rebels conquering Syria and for removing Assad and his family their closest ally in the Middle East. (Assad and his family are now living in Russia). Only Turkey benefits!

BUT this could however also lead them into retaliation against Israel for destroying their military equipment, bases, etc! Iran has literally been kicked out Damascus where they had headquarters and thousands of military soldiers! This has also NOT made Russia either as they had unlimited access to Syria and Damascus …even army and weapon bases giving them full access in the Middle East from there. Iran and Russia (2 of the countries mentioned Ezekiel 38/39) have since extended ties with enemies of Israel - the Houthis in Yemen! And, Turkey is at war with Kurds in Northern Syria! However, the matter of fact is that Turkey actually supports the rebels, so much so that some rebels even wrapped themselves in Turkish Flags after Damascus fell! Islamists Jihadists all have one common goal and that is to destroy Israel and this is just the beginning!

What then is Israel’s role? Clearly God is on tiny Israel’s side as we have all witnessed miracle protection of God’s Land and people since the beginning of the war! Isaiah 17; also predicted that God will show mercy to Israel in the midst of judgment, and that a remnant will be preserved from the calamities! As Judea-Christian believers we also MUST show mercy to Israel during these difficult times!

We must always keep a close watch on events affecting Israel as, Isaiah 17:4 says; Israel’s defences will somehow become weakened? Why, after the victory on Damascus? Could it be increased attacks again from the enemy surrounding Nations - followed by the Gog Magog War of Ezekiel 38/39 where “a coalition of Nations” together with Russia, Iran and Turkey WILL come against Israel? This could happen especially since Syria has been destabilized and bruised, they may see this as an opportunity to invade Israel? This could fulfil Bible Prophecy! 

We truly are living in Last Days! The Bible warns us that there is one coming who will literally take this world by storm! These WAR conflicts in the Middle East and Ukraine could be a perfect opportunity now for a “Global Leader” to step into power …and (even unknowingly) have a hand in the Prophesied “rise of the Antichrist” who will then promise; “peace and safety (security)” …and bring about the 7-Year Tribulation …as described in the Book of Revelation. This is why the FALL of Damascus is so very important and NOT just an isolated event – it’s has a “domino effect” that could literally set off the rest of God’s Prophetic Time-Line. You see, clearly as it all builds-up with wars, rumours of wars, chaos, and ultimately the Return of Yeshua – Jesus Christ is closer than we think! First Christ comes for His Bride, the true Church at the Rapture (Harpazo) …AND then that will begin the 7-Year Tribulation followed by His Second Coming with His Bride after the Great Tribulation!

Woe to the multitude of many people who make a noise like the roar of the seas, and to the rushing of nations that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters! The nations will rush like the rushing of many waters; But God will rebuke them and they will flee far away, and be chased like the chaff of the mountains before the wind, like a rolling thing before the whirlwind. Then behold, at eventide, trouble! And, before the morning, he is no more. This is the portion of those who plunder us, and the lot of those who rob us.” – Isaiah 17:12-14.

Now let’s take a look at a very important Election that took place on 05 November, 2024 that WILL affect NOT only the United States BUT the world too… America, Israel and in fact people from across the world prayed for Donald Trump to be re-elected! Like him or not, while flawed (as we all are). Nobody is perfect only Yeshua (Jesus)! God chooses whoever He believes best for the task ahead. President Trump is a true friend of Israel and is highly respected by Israel! We truly believe that God has brought Trump back into the White House again for the next 4-years beginning on 20 January, 2025 as God’s chosen instrument; “for a time such as this!” NO! - Trump is NOT the Antichrist! US President Trump is clearly HATED by Liberal Globalists, Islamists, Communists, Socialists Agenda and others who seek to destroy NOT only Israel BUT also America, Western Countries and Biblical Christian values! The Antichrist will be LOVED by everyone!

Throughout the Bible and history - God has chosen “flawed individuals” to do His work in pivotal times; “But God has chosen the foolish things of the world, to confound the wise. And God has chosen the weak things of the world, to confound things which are strong.” – I Corinthians 1:27.

Trump is God’s choice for leading this political battle that lies ahead in 2025 …while wicked “forces of darkness” seek to dismantle Israel, America and Biblical foundations… You see, if America (Israel’s strongest ally) had to fall (God forbid) then Western Nations would soon fall too! The WEF, UN and Globalist Elite; Agenda 2030 is for creating; a borderless, centralized One-World-Order! God “separated” the Nations at the Tower of Babel for a reason BUT today, the Globalists seek to undo that by; “erasing all borders” and by consolidating world power! But national sovereignty is vital and as true believers in Yahweh God, we MUST support Leaders who defend these Biblical principles! Those that are for “open border” oppose God’s “divine plans!” Open border creates chaos and instability!

Did you know that numbers are very significant in the Bible? Let’s take a look together; It’s exactly 77 days from the US Election Day; 05^th November, 2024 when Donald Trump won the Presidential Election until his Inauguration Day, 20 January, 2025 when he will again take over for his 2^nd term in the White House. BUT did you also know this about his first term? Donald Trump was 70 years, 7 months and 7 days old on the day he became President of the United States in 2017 …in the Jewish Hebrew Calendar Year 5777! With the Biblical significance of the numbers 7, 17, 70 and 777, many found this ‘curiously’ very Prophetic. And, Trump was the only ever World Leader to recognize Jerusalem as Israel’s Capital in that very year 5777 when Israel turned 70. Trump certainly played a role in the unfolding Prophetic restoration of Jerusalem and Israel …and we believe He will do it again in 2025!

But do those numbers: 7, 17, 70 and 777 tell us anything more? Does the fact that these numbers converging on the very day Trump became 45^th President of America in 2017 have other particular meaning? Since the departure of Yeshua (Jesus) from the earth 2,000 years ago …preceded “the destruction of Jerusalem” in 70AD …In the End-times, the restoration of Israel “precedes the Return of Christ!” And, so with the return of Israel to their land in 1948 just as Prophesied …we are once again living in very defining moments of time - the Last Days spoken of in the Bible. This is a full circle return to “Biblical times” and is also the key to understanding the sign of 7’s above.

Did you know that in the Bible, the number “7” signifies “perfect completion” - including the completion of “time cycles!” The Biblical 7-year pattern is called; “Shemitah” which is a “restorative year” of the “Jubilee Year” that arrives after 7-Shemitahs (7X7=49 plus next year = 50 and Jubilee) The number 7 is, as might be expected, noticeably prevalent in the End-times as we read the Book of Revelation. As for “70,” Ancient Israel spent 70 years captive in Babylon. Daniel Prophesied; a period of “70 X 7” …preceding the Coming of Christ (Daniel 9:24-27). And Biblical Israel reached its demise in 70AD at the hands of the Romans when the Second Temple was destroyed!

Now concerning number 17; Noah’s Ark came to rest after the FLOOD on the “7^th month and on the 17^th day of the month” (Genesis 8:4). The Biblical 7/17 on the Biblical Hebrew Calendar is Nisan 17 …and believed by many to be the date of many other Prophetic Biblical events; including the Resurrection of Christ! AND, the number 777 also relates to the “Days of Noah,” in that Lamech, the father of Noah is recorded to have died 5-years before the flood at age 777. Yeshua (Jesus) said that the days “preceding” His return would be; “…like the days of Noah,” …connecting to the theme of “a full circle return” to Biblical Times (Matthew 24:37, Luke 17:26).

God’s primary purpose for the Great Tribulation is for Israel's National Salvation …NOT for the Church! Why? If we believe in Yeshua (Jesus) we will NOT be around! The Rapture occurs before the 7-Year Tribulation. The New Covenant in the Bible tells us that in the Last Days it’s ALL about Israel; “For this is the covenant that I (God) will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I (God) will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbour, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them” – Hebrews 8:10-11. The return of Yeshua (Jesus) to this earth at His Second Coming is to take over “Rulership” and bring solutions to mankind’s problems. The

 Antichrist does NOT have the solutions even though he will be obeyed by all! Only Yeshua – Jesus Christ has the power to bring that about!

The Prophet Zechariah told of a future time (Last Days) when Jerusalem will be surrounded by Enemies …and only God’s strong Hand WILL save the inhabitants of the City (Zechariah 12, 14). This is when Christ WILL return as; “King over all the Earth” (Zechariah 14:9). This is when “King David” will rule over all the tribes of Israel under Yeshua (Jesus Christ) (Jeremiah 30:9; Ezekiel 34:23-24, 37:24-25). God, promises to take on the role of the “Good Shepherd,” caring for His people – Israel (the Jews) and gather them from ALL the Countries to where they have been scattered. And, this happened on 14 May, 1948 when Israel was re-born as a Nation again and still happening! God always keeps His Promises and so all Bible Prophecies WILL come to pass!

In Ezekiel 34:24, Yahweh, God declares that He will be their God, a statement that re-affirms His Covenant with the people of Israel. This re-affirmation of the Covenant is significant in the larger context of the Bible, as it clearly demonstrates God's unchanging nature and His commitment to His people, Israel throughout history. The verse also refers to; “My servant David,” …which is likely a reference to the “promised Messiah!” Throughout the Old Testament, there are numerous Prophecies about “a descendant of David” who will be “a Great Leader” and bring about the restoration of Israel. In this verse, the mention of “David” serves as a fore-shadowing of the Coming of; Yeshua - Jesus Christ, who is often referred to as the "Son of David!" When we pray; “The Lord’s Prayer” (Matthew 6:9-13) we are actually praying for God’s Kingdom and Government Rule to come upon earth! Let’s make the best use of our time and point our world to the “Prince of Peace” who will soon come again!

As we step into 2025, we realize that God is preparing us in these Last Days for His soon coming; “Kingdom of God” “as it is in Heaven so shall it be on Earth!” The “Kingdom of God” is a real Government established by God and refers to the “Spiritual realm” where God Reigns - also known as "the Kingdom of Heaven" in the Bible. Christ is the King of the Kingdom …has more authority than any human ruler! Unlike human governments, the; “Kingdom of God" will NEVER be brought to ruin" BUT it awaits its fulfilment at the Second Coming of Christ – the Messiah!

This Coming Kingdom of God is what Christ preached for 3-1/2 years prior to His death by crucifixion! The message we pray today, “Thy kingdom come” truly means; “I pray for your Kingdom to come to this Earth, and soon!” Yeshua (Jesus) said He would come again and set up His Kingdom on this earth …and we must believe that because He commands us to believe it; “Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel’” – Mark 1:14-15. If that was 2,000 years ago then imagine how much closer we are now? Yeshua (Jesus) is the King of the Kingdom and He was at hand to represent it …BUT notice that it was NOT for that time. “Now as they heard these things, He spoke another parable, because He was near Jerusalem and because they thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately.” - Luke 19:11. The Disciples misunderstood the timing …but they did understand that what He taught was that there was “a Kingdom” and that it would come!

God’s rule on earth is what every true believer ought to strive for, as our Lord instructed: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” -Matthew 6:33. And, everyone who puts that goal first in their hearts ‘pray every day’ for the very same thing our Lord said we should pray for… “Thy Kingdom come soon!”

We most sincerely believe that God WILL bless you for your faithfulness and love for His land and chosen people. God’s Word is true! He IS watching to see how the Nations are treating His people. God will have mercy on Israel through Gentile believers acting as mediators towards them. This is one of the most amazing revelations ever given to the Church – an opportunity to do something that carries the highest priority in the heart of God. Yet, sadly, so few have seen the potential and the rewards of serving God in this manner - as agents of mercy to Israel and the Jewish people! Israel was and still is despised today and a despised Nation continually turning away from God …BUT nothing ever altered the purpose of God for that Nation. The "despised element" is always a noticeable element in the purpose of God. When the Saviour of the world came, He came of that "despised Nation" (and just like Israel) He Himself was "…despised and rejected by men." And there is that despised element; "…things that are despised God has chosen," - 1 Corinthians 1:28.
