The new Biblical Year 5782 (2021/2022) began on the evening of 05^th-06^th September with the New year Feast of Rosh HaShanah and ends with the "Feast of Tabernacles – 8^th day on 26^th September, 2022. The Biblical Year 5782 coincides with the Gregorian Calendar Year 2022. This New Hebrew year begins with a "marking" of "the TRUTH" that WILL certainly affect Israel first as it is the ‘epicentre" or "ground zero" of the word and with the "House of the Lord" or Church and will then move outwardly. 5782 (PEH/BET/TAV) is also a "Shemitah year" (Shmita/Shemetah) and is the 7^th Sabbath year of rest ending of the 7 years. The "Shemitah" is the 7^th Year of every 7^th year cycle and is an ongoing timeline of 7-year cycles that God Almighty has set into motion and established by Him in the Books of Leviticus and Exodus …and nations have "either risen or fallen" during a "Shemitah" year as we will examine later. In around the time of the "Shemitah" and the beginning of another 7-year cycle MAJOR events take place and these lead either to the growth of a nation of the collapse of a nation! Either one will be marked and defined by "the truth" or according to which side we belong to. 

"BET" means HOUSE/TENT in Hebrew and is spelt "Beit" … The YOD in the middle of the "BEIT" (the "I") has to do with God’s "transformation" and if we look at what is happening in our world today, we see "change!" The Hebrew word "change" is "chalaph" and means "to pass through" or "to move on from something" and is much the same as the Greek word "metamorphoo" meaning "transformation."

The word "Chalaph" is spelt; CHET-LAMED-PEH. The word "Chet" is a picture of "a doorway" and is the number 8 in the Hebrew Gematria (Alphabet) and it means NEW LIFE or NEW BEGINNINGS! So here we see a doorway or entrance that moves us from one place to another. If we look at the letter PEH/PEY we see an opening or doorway. It is so interesting when we look closer it is if as we are getting ready to "go into a dwelling place" …a doorway to God’s New Beginning. The letter LAMED means teaching and has a numerical number 30 and then we have the PEH which we have already referred to which is the number 80 and represents "a MOUTH" that has a hidden BET (Beit) inside meaning "the power to create!"

Inside our MOUTHS (PEH) we have the power to create life or death as Proverbs 18:21 puts it this way; "The tongue has the power of life and death." The stakes are high! Our words can either speak life, or our words can speak death. Our tongues can build others up, or they can tear them down. Where have we been silenced over the past 18 months by Globalists Governments and Media? Our mouths were masked and our speech stifled. Yes, TRUTH was literally stifled! We are still in the PEH decade until 2089. As we move through LIFE (CHET) the doorway we are taught things by our parents, teachers etc. However, we also teach others what we have LEARNED (LAMED) through our walk with GOD (ALEPH) through our MOUTHS (PEH) so if we are in lockdown and our Churches closed, our mouths shut we were unable to communicate without being censored. We are now in a "changed" position having spent much time with God in prayer over past year 5781 and we believe God wants us to (LAMED) teach others!

In Hebrew tradition, the first use of the letter BET in Scripture is in Genesis "Bereshit.' In Hebrew tradition, the first use of the letter BET in Scripture is the first book of the Bible; Genesis = "Bereshit" and means "new beginnings" and the number 2 represents "duality" (opposition or contrast) between two concepts or two aspects of something. For example; light verses darkness and plurality a majority. In the sense two (ideally) is meant to bring a blessing (Barukh / berakhah) which begins with the letter BET. To bless, is to multiple something and with the number two, "multiplication" becomes possible. When 2 is NOT reflecting the positive side of 1 (unity), then it denotes division (disunity) rather than multiplication (blessing) in the Bible. For example, the 2^nd day of Creation God DIVIDES the upper and lower waters and the second sentence in Scripture speaks of chaos, and we also see in Genesis 2 God reveals the "two trees" representing "life and death."

This New year 5782 – "PEH/PEY – BET/BEIT" is also a LEAP year… In a Jewish leap year, major calendar adjustment is made and is achieved by observing the whole month of Adar twice; "Adar I" is followed by "Adar II." Adar II, sometimes "Adar Bet" or "Adar Sheni", is the 13th month of the Hebrew year, has 29 days and occurs 7 times in a 19-year cycle - only on leap years and corresponds to February or March on the Gregorian Calendar. Rosh Chodesh or Rosh Hodesh, is a minor holiday that occurs at the beginning of every month in the Hebrew calendar. It is marked by "the birth of a new moon." The leap year was devised over a thousand years ago to realign the Biblical Feasts of the Lord in their proper season (the Biblical calendar having been replaced by a secular one). The decision for Adar 2 was made because PURIM takes place in Adar, rendering it the most joyful month of the year. In Hebrew, a leap year is referred to as "Shanah Me'uberet," or "pregnant year" and therefore, according to tradition, each Hebrew leap year brings us a double portion of joy.

So, what is there about the "Shemitah?" Let’s go back to the Garden of Eden where God gave Adam and Eve a mandate to work the garden (Genesis 2:8-9) and (it’s a kind of stewardship given to us all) - to work the fields and to protect it. BUT God also commanded that of "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil" shall NOT eat of it or they shall surely die. What God is showing is that there is so much abundance that He has given us …but all He is asking is to show some restraint and to obey His Commandments. In Genesis 3:17-19 we see the disobedience of Adam and Eve. The "Shemitah" manifests God’s "Sovereignty" and His "Dominion" over ALL things seen or not seen …and exposes the illusion of man’s sovereignty and dominion. It declares ALL blessings are from God and it calls man away from the "physical" realm to the "spiritual" …and to RETURN to God!

The main purpose of Shemitah is a Sabbath and was to remind us that both we …and the land belong to, and serve, our Creator. The land sustains us by producing food, but that sustenance ultimately comes from God. The Biblical Sabbath 7^th day rest each week is still obeyed in Israel over centuries just as God commanded and promises; rest, blessings, completion and sanctification. These core ideas are carried into the "Shemitah" (7-year cycle and 7X7 Years =49 then the Yovel/Jubilee 50^th Year). If we OBEY then blessings escalate …BUT if we are rebellious against God and DISOBEY then judgements escalate!

The "Shemitah" is a time of "forgiveness" and "release" – just as we pray the Lord’s prayer; "…forgive us as we forgive our debtors" – Matthew 6:12. The "Shemitah" is necessary when dealing with a culture or civilization that is focused only on materialism, prosperity and worldly things …carnality, idolatry, arrogance and pride and that man can live without his Creator. In the 6^th year 5781 (2020/21) what we did we see taking place in Israel and across the whole world during this time? Rebellion against God and so shakings occurred, illusions of man were exposed, pride was humbled and idols of man wiped away almost overnight. It was in preparation for the coming of the "Shemitah" - 7^th Year 5782 (2021/22). We are therefore literally witnessing;"an end of something" and "a beginning of something else!" The "Shemitah" is connected to the Number 7 and in the Bible; it speaks of "completion," "finishing" or "the end." The "Shemitah" declares that a nation’s blessings are gifts from God only. 

When the nation is in SIN and rebelliously forsaken Almighty God then it needs to REPENT... "When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among My people, if My people which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven and WILL forgive their SIN, and heal their land." - 2 Chronicles 7:13-14.

Everything we have has been given to us is from God – our money, our possessions, our lives and even our heartbeats are "gifts" from God. In these final – Last Days we need to stay close to God! Just as the Nation of Israel is God’s Covenant promise so too is the Church of true believers - Judea-Christians – believing in the complete Bible and the God of Israel, Yahweh we are; His treasured possessions (Ephesians 2:10; Deuteronomy 7:6; Exodus 19:5-6). There WILL come a "final" Shemitah for ALL of us someday declaring that EVERYTHING and every moment that we had on earth was a "gift" from God as we surrender all back to Him. Everything we ever owned was only entrusted to us and it ALL belonged to God – even our days!

The "Shemitah" separates the possession from the possessor and wipes away that which has been built up in the preceding period of time… The Shemitah speaks of "release" from material things bringing us back to God and away from "material" things - "to fall" from attachments and bondages that keep us from serving God …and therefore preparing us for the time when we WILL "let go of our earthly possessions" when Yeshua (Jesus) is "King of kings and Lord of lords!" It is to prepare God’s people for the final "Eternal" (olan-ha-ba or world to come) and the "Spiritual – when we will shall all "rest." Just as God created the world in 6 days and then rested on the 7^th day (Genesis 1) – God has a "Sabbath" rest for us too; 6 days work and on the 7^th day rest. (Exodus 20:11, 34:21; Leviticus 23:3) In the same way we can see God has a "final" "Shemitah" for the earth as we know it; "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." – 2 Peter 3:8. Most certainly we are close to 6,000 years and then the 7^th Day rest!

Let’s first focus on the importance of 5782 (2022) being a Shemitah (7^th) Year and how it will affect us all… It significantly the final year of (7X10) Shemitah’s after Israel (1948) is back in the land and has great purpose! God has separated time into 7-year cycles for over 3,000 years and every 7^th year of a cycle ends with the "Shemitah" (7^th) year. God uses the "Shemitah" to set up or take down nations. It is always a year of "great shaking" …and on 6^th September 2021 began this "Shemitah" year the with the Feast of Rosh HaShanah (Trumpets) …or Biblical New Year and will end next year on the evening of 25^th September, 2022 which will then begin the 1^st year of the next cycle and 11^th cycle of 7 years. The first full "Shemitah Year" for Israel only began counting from 1952! WHY? Because when Israel arrived back in their land it was already halfway into a "Shemitah" cycle. From 1952 - 1^st; 1959 - 2^nd; 1966 - 3^rd; 1973 - 4^th; 1980 - 5^th; 1987 - 6^th; 1994 - 7^th; 2001 - 8^th; 2008 - 09^th and 2015 until 23^rd September 2022 will end the 10 FULL cycles of 7 years – Israel has partaken in. And here we see: 10X7=70 years …and can connect it to Daniel 9:23.

5782 is truly a very significant "Shemitah" year and we are living in privileged times! God’s plan will come to pass – not mans! We are standing at the threshold the end of the 10^th Shemitah cycle and are in the last year now …and the beginning of the 11^th (2022-2029) "Shemitah!" The Number 11 in the Bible means; Chaos, disorder, un-repentance and judgment (sounds like the 7-Year Tribulation). Here’s what blows our mind …what does the 12^th 7-Year Shemitah Cycle (2029-2036) mean in the Bible? It means God’s perfect Government and God’s Perfect Rule! Certainly, sounds like Yeshua the Messiah and the Wedding Feast of the Lamb in Jerusalem. We see this also that the 12^th "Shemitah" ties up perfectly with Ezekiel 29:9 …and is a clear picture of the destroying and burning of the weapons in the land of Israel! It has to all happen in a "Shemitah" and could this all possibly be on the horizon? Exciting times ahead!

Now let’s look at some events falling on a "Shemitah Year" that have taken place in the 20th Century causing the Rise & Fall of Nations:

1917 - America rises to power ending World War I. The Balfour Declaration established. The rising of the Communist State of the Soviet Union (Russia). The defeat of Germany. The fall of the Czar of Russia, the Austrian-Hungarian Empire and the fall of the Turkish-Ottoman Empire (just 3 "Shemitah cycles" before the collapse of Germany in 1945). There was a Solar Eclipse on 21^st August, 1914 – which went through the whole country of Turkey and obviously a "harbinger" of things to come – fall of the Ottoman Empire after being in power for 240 years). Nothing just happens.

1938 - German Nazis attack Jewish businesses and burn Jewish Synagogues on "Kristallnacht" (the Night of Broken Glass). World on the brink of WW11 and the rise of the Nazi 3^rd Reich. The Shemitah cycle between; 1938-1945 set up WW11.

1945 – World War 11 came to an end and the Jews freed from the Holocaust. Nazi Germany is defeated and Germany as a superpower collapsed. The Atomic bomb is dropped on Japan thus ending World War II. Hitler an "antichrist type" – his reign of evil came to an end. Japan signs peace treaty the same week of the end of the Shemitah year. The United States becomes a military super power and the U.S. dollar becomes the world standard currency. America is now the richest country in the world, and the world’s largest LENDER nation. In 1947 Israel declared their Independence in the middle of a prior "Shemitah Year" on 14^th May 1948 – Israel is back in the land according to God’s promise after 2,000 years during this 7-year period from WW11 – 1948.

1952 – This "Shemitah" cycle was most important as it was the very first cycle that began after Israel was declared a nation!

1959 – Communist Fidelio Castro seizes power over Island of Cuba. Alaska becomes the 49^th State of America.

1966 – The Six-Day War, also known as the June War, the 1967 Arab–Israeli War or the Third Arab–Israeli War, was an armed conflict fought from 5^th -10^th June 1967 between Israel and an Arab coalition primarily comprising Jordan, Syria and UAR Egypt. 

1973 – Israel was attacked and but defeated their enemies in the Yom Kippur War during 06^th–24^th October, 1973 and Jerusalem reunification. The World Trade Centre is was completed which is a symbol of "America’s economic strength!" The United States Supreme Court declares that American women can kill their unborn babies (Roe v. Wade) in abortion.

1980 – Mount St. Helens erupts. The Iran-Iraq war begins in September 1980 after the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein ordered his forces to invade Western Iran. Israel replaces its currency from the British Pound to the Shekel. Zimbabwe formerly Rhodesia gains Independence and is now ruled by Dictator Robert Mugabe who literally destroyed the country.

1987 – The Palestinian Intifada begins in Israel. India invades Pakistan.

1994 – South Africa holds first national election on 29^th April, 1994 and Nelson Mandela elected President and under ANC corruption the country begins its decline! Israel signs accord with Palestinians on 4^th May and Peace Treaty with Jordan in October. Thousands of dead in Rwanda massacre on 06^th April.

Now look at the "Shemitah" years following the decision of the U.S. legalizing abortion in 1973...  

2001 - As the "Shemitah year" approaches its end, America saw the collapse of the "Twin Towers" - World Trade Centre. But when the towers fell, one object that was left standing was a steel CROSS forged out of the calamity. Yet in the midst of this devastation and calamity there was this symbol of "hope" and a "sign" of "God’s love" even in judgement.

2008 - Exactly seven years later, on a Shemitah year Wall Street suffers its largest decline. America is now the world’s largest DEBTOR nation!

2014/2015 - In September of 2014 the a new "Shemitah" Year and this happens in connection with a Tetrad of 4 Blood Moons which all occur on Biblical Feast days. A "sign" of things to come! Much has happened since! In 2017 a Solar Eclipse happened across America right down the middle splitting the country – was this another "Harbinger" of things come on America who has now been in power for over 240 years? Is it now time for China the "red dragon" to arise as we read in Revelation and the 7-year Tribulation ahead?

2021/2022 – Right now the whole world is facing a GLOBAL "planned" pandemic of Covid-19 (Corona) SARS-2 Virus with so-called "voluntary" untested jabs by the same people who sponsored the Wuhan Chinese laboratory experiment creating the virus. Their plan for "Global Re-Set" and a "New World Order" now clearly has been set by them into motion! 

If when the "Shemitah Cycle ends on 23^rd September, 2022 …could it be that the Tribulation will begin? Certainly, our world is fast approaching climax and daily we cannot keep up with all the Prophetic events taking place! The Rapture will take place before the Tribulation. So, could it be that we are in the "final" phase and God is allowing everything to bring us to this point? Remember nobody knows the hour and the Rapture could take place at any moment! If you noticed there is always a transition period – there needs to be a 7-Year Covenant (Daniel 9:27) and the "Shemitah" is a 7-Year cycle and so we believe it will happen in a full "Shemitah." Could 2022-2029 be the Covenant year and Tribulation when that 7-Year Tribulation "peace deal with Israel will be signed" …the clock will start ticking! A lot has yet to happen Biblically – and so time will tell!

How will the "Shemitah" affect us ALL this coming new year 5782 (2022) ...? Whether we believe the "Shemitah" or not – when we look back then history WILL speak for itself. We can only speculate in what ways we could be affected during this "Shemitah." It’s very possible this Shemitah could bring a financial catastrophe based on the "huge debt" as well as the uncontrolled spending by our governments who are controlled by China. Corrupt greedy un-repented "elites" and wicked power-hungry world leaders with their Globalists cohorts and the lying Media, Big Tech, Big Pharm etc., have turned away from God and have endorsed EVIL …and so God’s judgment could fall during this year of the "Shemitah." An World Economic crash? Huge debt defaults? Loss of confidence in the US dollar could shatter America’s superpower status in the world? What happens in U.S. will affect the West!

With China buying up Western Nations, across Africa, Europe and even in Israel …could there be a possible collapse in the American dollar, as the premiere reserve currency in the world which could lead to a new Global Financial Currency system? Ultimately, big changes WILL be occurring in our world. Let us hope and pray that this "Shemitah year" is one of redemption and blessing instead! The "Shemitah" being 7-year cycles (7X7 = 49 years) points to Daniel’s interpretation of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream (Daniel 2) …and his own dream (Daniel 7) which point towards the same conclusion that; "...empires will rise and fall but God remains in control and His kingdom will come and last forever!"

The last Biblical Year 5781 (2020/21) was the “ALEPH” number 1 on the Hebrew Alphabet and had a pictural symbol of “an Ox” representing; God the Father/Strength. And, this New Year 5782 (until 26^th September 2022) is the 2^nd year - representing the 2^nd Hebrew Alphabet; “BET.” The letter “PEY” is the numerical Hebrew number 80 of the 10-year DECADE; 5780/2020 - 5789/2029. “PEY” is a picture representing “a mouth.” There is also a hidden letter “BET” (number 2 symbolizing HOUSE) within the letter “PEY/PEH” that symbolizes an “unveiling” or “revelation.” The year 5782 on the Gregorian Calendar is the year 2022 and if we take the last two figures 22 which is the 22^nd letter of the Hebrew Alphabet it represents the letter TAV! So here we get the connection; Aleph and Tav (the beginning and the end) as in “Alpha and Omega!”

Why is the TAV important? It is the 22^nd Hebrew letter in the Hebrew alphabet with a gematria/numerical value of 400. Israel was in Egyptian bondage for 400 years and there was a 400-year famine of Word of God and a 400-year “time of silence” …from the last of the Old Testament Prophets until birth of Yeshua (Jesus). “TAV” is also the last letter in the Hebrew alphabet signifying completion. It is interesting to see how this Sabbath year aligns with a “400” where debts are paid, slaves are set free, God’s voice is heard, and His people are set apart. This letter “TAV” is extremely significant and symbolizes two things in the Hebrew; (1) “To mark or sign something” and (2) “Truth.” The word TAV is from the Hebrew root “Tavah” meaning “a mark” by implication; a signature - desire, mark - (Strong’s concordance #8420) is connected to Ezekiel 9, similarly to the Exodus “marking” of “the door post” with “blood of a lamb,” and in connection (Israel’s idolatry) of coming destruction to the 1st and 2^nd Temples in Jerusalem in 586 BC …and 70 AD just as our Lord predicted would happen!

“TAV” (masculine) in the Hebrew Alphabet represents “mark” or mark on the forehead, sign of exemption from judgement; Ezekiel 9:4,6 and in Job 31:35. Here Job was saying; “behold, my desire is, that the Almighty would answer me” …or rather, “behold here is my signature and I let the Almighty answer me.” Job would prefer to be judged by God if it were possible, and therefore throws out the wish (Job 29-31) and here speaking it is equivalent to his “signature.” The word “signature” or “sign” (Ezekiel 9:4) is TAV in Hebrew and is written in the ancient form of a “T” which was as “a cross.” This is God’s “mark of protection” (and not the 666 mark of Antichrist as in Revelation); “Now the glory of the God of Israel went up from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple. Then the Lord called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side and said to him, “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark (TAV) on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.” Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary.” So, they began with the old men who were in front of the temple.” 

For those who put their trust in Almighty God - there will be great deliverance in this Biblical year; “PEH, BET” 5782 (2022) as there was during the events of Exodus Passover (PEH-sach) and during Ezekiel’s time of the 1st Temple who were “marked” by God and spared of disaster. This can also symbolize a great “unveiling” as in a revelation of the TRUTH leading to a revival. For the rebellious wicked there will be a great time of trouble and despair …and can represent “an unveiling or exposure” of corruption, evil agendas and lies. But so too will believers be called to more “hiddenness and intimacy” with the Lord and be divided from the world in a year of “great sifting” taking place. The Hand of God is transforming and changing HIS Church into His image. The question is, are we ready to yield…?

“BEIT” means HOUSE, DWELLING PLACE or TENT and house in Hebrew is spelt; “BET-YOD-TAV” BET and the YOD is a picture of the “Hand of God” in changing or transforming something or someone …and the TAV which is the last letter of the Alphabet and an end of something ...and the beginning of another following. Here we see it clearly in a picture of “the New Heavens and New Earth “(Revelation 21:4) as God brings it then back to the “Aleph” and God’s New Creation! We believe that the Lord is refocusing His House - His Church during this Prophetic year and WILL be known as a “habitation” of His Presence. Yes, we may face challenges and many decisions in this very Prophetic Biblical “Shemitah” Year …but we are closer to our redemption now more than ever before! Maranatha Yeshua.

God’s Word is true! He IS watching to see how the nations are treating His people – Israel. God will have mercy on Israel through Gentile believers acting as mediators towards them! This is one of the most amazing revelations ever given to the Church – an opportunity to do something that carries the highest priority in the heart of God. Yet, sadly, so few have seen the potential and the rewards of serving God in this manner - as agents of mercy to Israel and the Jewish people! Israel was and still is despised today and a despised nation continually turning away from God BUT nothing ever altered the purpose of God for that nation. The despised element is always a noticeable element in the purpose of God. When the Saviour of the world came, He came of that despised nation; like Israel… He Himself was; “despised and rejected by men,” …and there is that despised element; “…things that are despised God has chosen,” 1 Corinthians 1:28. Now, more than at any time is the time to support Israel and the Jewish people - the Lord’s Brethren! We are witnessing the nations and people turning their backs on Israel.
