We are created “in the image of God!” He is ELOHIM and in Hebrew the word “Elohim” is the number 86; Alef (1) Lamed (30) – Hey (5) – Yod (10) – Mem (40) … We are currently in the Gregorian Calendar 2026 …BUT in the Hebrew Year 5786 (that will only change on 12 September 2026 on the Biblical Feast of the Lord on Rosh Hashanah when the NEW Biblical Year 5787 will begin).

Why is 5786 (2026) so important? First Let’s look at some things that have taken place and are currently taking place. Numerically this current Biblical Year 5786 (2026) …let’s take a moment and compare it to what took place in the past and especially during WW11:

(1) World War 2 began on 01/09/1939 Hebrew Year 5700 and finally ended on 02/09/1945 and the Hebrew Year was 5706. (2) In 1939 – ROSH HASHANAH began 13/09/1939 only days after the beginning of the WAR …and in 1945 it began 07/09/1945 also only days after the WAR ended!

(3) Between 1945 (5706) and this year (2026) is exactly 80 Years!

In the 1930’s and 1940’s Antisemitism seemed to reach it’s peak but even with the unspeakable horrors of the Holocaust against the Jews – the worse is yet to come! The ungodly World is intolerant of the Jewish people and their God (the Christians God too) …and in these Last Days hatred is escalating rapidly. The time of JACOB’S Trouble is coming, and little reminders are visible everywhere one looks! The 20^th-Century hatred and fury against the sons and daughters (Jews) of Jacob did NOT just form in a vacuum! After the Ancient Civilizations made their feeble attempt to wipe out the Jews, each succeeding generation made similar attempts! Not only were their attempts “doomed to failure” – so also were those generations!

When Nations took care of their Jewish population they PROSPERED but when they drove them out or killed them …those very Nations would sink back into the DARK AGES and lose their edge economically or even lose their independence – they would simply FAIL! So, it is a wake-up call for Antisemitic Leaders of Governments of Europe and South Africa! Can you see it happening already? YES, just look what is happening in Europe now!

God is grieved when Israel suffers distress but even in her distress ISRAEL is still a blessing and a witness of God’s existence to All Nations! Great earth-shaking events are Biblically still scheduled to happen around Israel Jerusalem as armies WILL gather to fight against Israel and her God BUT they will never live to see the LAST Jew as that will NOT happen. YHVH – Yahweh God – the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (our God of the Bible) has a final solution that is a “far-cry” from the one Hitler or today the Islamists have in mind for the Jews! Prophetically Jews and true Judea-Christian believers have a “glorious” future ahead!

It isn’t just a coincidence that US President Trump who by the way turned 80 Years on 14 June (born 1946 the Year after WW11 ended) …and Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu 76 Years (born 1949 the Year after Israel was re-born as a Nation) are back in power as World leaders …at the same time for the second time? Did you see that 80 Years again? Nothing is just coincidence with God! So, is 2026 (5786) still a mystery? Yes, much can still happen in the next few months before we enter the NEW Biblical Year 5787 (2026-2027).

Did you also know that on 07 October 2023 in the Biblical Hebrew Year 5784 it was also just after ROSH HASHANAH and Feast of Sukkot (Tabernacles) …and on the very last day of the Feast …which is called the 8^th Day (Simchat Torah) a happy celebration day …when the BRUTAL attack from Gaza which Hamas terrorists labelled it as “Al-Aksa FLOOD!” The planned attack by Hamas was aimed upon innocent Israeli Citizens in Southern Israel? The terrorists (included UNRA as well as Gazan Civilians) attacked Israeli citizens beginning at the Nova Music Festival which normally is a joyful Celebration at the end of The Feast of Tabernacles. Hamas terrorists and their evil cohorts brutally killed and burned Jewish babies, murdered families by burning them in front of their loved ones, raping women and destroying any living thing including their pets …and then took 1,400 hostages dead and alive and kept them in inhumane conditions in tunnels under Gaza. Thankfully that all ended with the “peace proposal” made by US President Trump and PM Bibi Netanyahu finally ALL the hostages – those still alive and dead were back home to Israel after 738 days of hell captivity. Hamas is a proxy of IRAN and so is HEZBOLLAH of Lebanon, HOUTHIS in Yemen and others.

In October 2023 Prime Minister Netanyahu quoted the book of Ecclesiastes, declaring, "The Bible says there’s a time for peace and a time for war. This is a time for war." He was dead right about that. Israel’s most important priority now is to defeat Hamas and Hezbollah both evil proxies of IRAN! That is the predicate for any future lasting peace in the Middle East. He also called the current conflict Israel’s "second War of Independence." The first War of Independence was in 1948, the rebirth of the Modern State of Israel …when they were invaded by five Muslim Nations simultaneously. Calling this Israel’s "second war of independence" was a powerful statement! Netanyahu also said Israel was "only at the beginning" with regards to the conflict with Iran and the terrorist organizations.

Never before in its 78-year existence had the State of Israel undergone such a tragedy as the attacks of 7 October 2023! It was exactly 50-Years after the beginning of the Yom Kippur War, when the Jewish State was also militarily surprised and attacked during one of its High Holidays – Simchat Torah (8^th Day). The war between IRAN and Israel continues on since 2023! IRAN and it’s "ungodly" Proxy Nations with corrupt governments including wrongful ICJ Case against Israel which only days after the attack on 28/10/2023 was done the current ANC Government of South Africa who are simply proxies of Iran. Iran and its proxies do NOT want "peace" BUT every "piece" of God’s Land – Israel! BUT their fight is NOT with Israel but with the God of Israel Himself!

Is God still in the business of fighting wars? All we need to do is just ask Israel. The story of the Jewish people isn’t one of “luck” or “Military genius” …it’s a story of Divine intervention by God. Time and time again, God didn’t just make promises …He made the enemy run!  From the Red Sea to the walls of Jericho and even today – how could tiny Israel only as big as New Jersey in America of the Kruger National Park in South Africa survive the constant wars instituted against the Nation? God doesn’t just hide through in words. He fought. Physically. Supernaturally and sometimes even with FIRE, HAIL, or an Angel of death. Let’s be clear: Israel never survived because it was the strongest. It survived because God showed up. All glory belongs to God!

The first time God showed His governance of the Nations in a strict manner was when He destroyed the Egyptians as they pursued the Jewish people at the Red Sea! Pharaoh was warned many times through the 10-Plagues but would NOT let God’s people go. The Egyptians deserved to die because of what they had done to the (Hebrew) Jewish people during the years when they enslaved them. You see God is a God of Justice …and Israel is His chosen people! Pharaoh’s army had Israel trapped and they thought it was over. But in Exodus 14, God parted the sea for Israel and then slams it shut on Egypt. Not one chariot survived! God didn’t just save His people - the Jews …He destroyed the threat! Those Egyptians who drowned Jewish babies were then drowned at the Red Sea!

In Exodus 15:1-3 it is stated; “The LORD is a man of WAR (warrior); The LORD (Yahweh) is His Name!” This verse emphasis God’s role as a WARRIOR and His identity as the Lord God - Jehovah. The phrase “man of war” highlight’s God’s power and might, indicating that He is not just as Creator God …but also a formidable force in battle. The Name “Yahweh” implies His Eternal existence and strength reinforcing the fact that He is the ultimate protector and defender of His people!

The Hebrew Scriptures emphasize the word “warrior” through specific, awe-inspiring names and titles: Yahweh-Sabaoth - commonly translated as “the LORD of Hosts" …or “LORD of Armies." This title (used hundreds of times in the Old Testament) portrays God as the Commander of Angelic armies …and the Mighty Warrior who fights on behalf of His people. Hebrew: Ish Milchamah is translated literally as; "Man of War." This phrase in Exodus 15:3 (often called the Song of Moses) to describe God's active, victorious participation in battle against the enemies of Israel The Lord God of the "divine warrior" YHVH.

Did you know that the word Pharaoh in Hebrew is Pharaoh – the word RA in the middle of his name spell the word for EVIL (and is also connected to the sun god that they worshipped) the first words of his name begin with PH (PEH) and ends with H – it means mouth. has the power of the MOUTH. It means that there is “power of words!” Pharaoh refused to listen to Moses and hear God’s Words, and so his EVIL heart led the Egyptians to destruction at the Red Sea! The Amalekites were the archenemy of the Jewish people for all generations and so God commanded Israel; “Remember what the Amalek did to you by the way as you came out of Egypt!” – Deuteronomy 25:17. What makes the Amalekites unique is that they attacked immediately after the glorious victory of the Jewish people at the RED SEA.

There is a lot we can learn from the most powerful Bible moments when God steps in to protect Israel… At Jericho there were NO Bombs - just Trumpets! Joshua 6 tells it like it is …Israel marches around a fortified city for 7-Days. Then comes a shout, a blast of trumpets …and boom - the walls collapse! Nobody swung a sword and nobody built siege towers. It was God's raw power - NO generals - NO tactics …just obedience to God and His Word!

Remember Gibeon when time stopped? In Joshua 10:12–14, Israel is fighting the Amorites. Joshua looks at the sun and tells it to stop, and it does. “So, the sun stood still… and hasted not to go down about a whole day.” That’s NOT poetry …that’s God stopping time so His people could finish the job! Let’s look at Gideon and 300 men army crushing the enemy with clay jars… In Judges 7, Gideon faces the mighty Midianites with only 300 men. They carry torches and trumpets BUT no swords. They smash clay jars, and the Midianites go into a panic, killing each other in the chaos!

What about 185,000 Assyrians Dead in One Night? In; 2 Kings 19:35 - Jerusalem was under siege! Hezekiah didn’t panic …he prayed! That night, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob sent one angel. Yes, just one! By morning, 185,000 Assyrian soldiers were dead ... NO swords drawn …NO arrows fired. Just divine execution! Sennacherib, the king who mocked the God of Israel, packed his bags and ran home in total humiliation. “That night the angel of the LORD went out and put to death 185,000 in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning—there were all the dead bodies!” – 2 Kings 19:35.

People look at Israel now and still ask “How does it survive?” Israel is outnumbered, outgunned, and constantly surrounded by enemies who want it wiped off the map. And yet, Israel remains. Why? Because the same God who fought for Joshua and Hezekiah still fights today. He’s NOT done! He hasn’t gone quiet. He’s just NOT flashy about it. So, if you’re praying for Israel today, don’t think you’re just sending good thoughts. You ARE aligning yourself with the God of Israel who can “stop the sun” and “wipe out armies in a single night.” This is the God who said to Abraham: “I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you.” – Genesis 12:3. God wasn’t joking – He means it! God told Israel exactly what He would do: “For the LORD your God is he that goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.” – Deuteronomy 20:4. And He kept that promise, again and again!

God doesn’t just help – He fights… “The LORD is a man of WAR: the LORD is his name.” - Exodus 15:3.

God is a warrior and when His people are in danger, He doesn't stay SILENT or stand only with words of encouragement …BUT He goes to war! And He doesn’t need numbers, or weapons, or public opinion …He NEVER has! The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob still fight for Israel and our Lord Yeshua – born a Jew and lived and died in Jewish custom came from that lineage and as Judea-Christians we are “grafted-in!” When a Gentile accepts the Jewish Messiah – Yeshua (Jesus Christ) , they should feel a great compassion and urgency to help the Jews learn about Him also! Someday soon, maybe sooner than we think we the Bride of Christ will meet our Saviour – Yeshua (Jesus) in the clouds as promised.

Now let’s again “re-cap” further who is the God of Israel? The God of Israel as Judea-Christians is our God too and often referred to as YHVH - Yahweh or Jehovah, is the central figure of worship in the Hebrew Bible Old and the Christian Old and New Testament. He is recognized as the ONE true God, the Creator of the Universe, and the Covenantal God of the people of Israel. His nature, attributes, and actions are foundational to the Judeo-Christian understanding of God! God declares in; Exodus 3:14, "I AM WHO I AM." He is also Elohim (God), El Shaddai (God Almighty), and Adonai (Lord).

The God of Israel Yahweh, Elohim, Elshaddai (our God) is Eternal, Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent…. He is Holy, Righteous, and Just …yet also Merciful, Loving, and Compassionate - the seraphim proclaim; "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of Hosts; all the earth is full of His glory." – Isaiah 6:3. His holiness sets Him apart from ALL creation, and His righteousness demands justice! The God of Israel established a UNIQUE Covenantal relationship with the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This Covenant is marked by promises of land, descendants, and blessings. God declares; "I will establish My covenant as an everlasting covenant between Me and you (Israel) and your (Israel) descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you." – Genesis 17:7.

• God blesses those who bless Israel and curses those who curse Israel!

• The Jewish people are God's chosen people.

• The “Promised Land” was given by God to the Jewish people as an everlasting inheritance.

• Jerusalem is the exclusive and undivided, Eternal Capital of the Jewish people.

• The Jewish Temple must be rebuilt before the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus Christ) returns.

• Believers will soon be 'raptured' (Harpazo) to Heaven before the End-time battle of Armageddon.

• God has a separate plan for the Jewish people apart from the Church.

In the New Testament, the God of Israel is revealed in the person of Yeshua (Jesus Christ), who is seen as the fulfilment of Old Testament Prophecies and the embodiment of God's Covenantal promises to Jew and Gentile believers… Yeshua affirms “the Shema,” the central declaration of Jewish faith…"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is One" - Mark 12:29. Through Yeshua the God of Israel extends His Covenant to ALL Nations, fulfilling the promise to Abraham that “…ALL peoples on earth will be blessed through you" - Genesis 12:3.

Israel’s earthly and natural history WILL end as it began… From the beginning God intervened in Israel’s affairs throughout her 4,000-Year history God was there! Even through Israel’s long dark valleys when it looked like God had turned His back …He was there, marking out her dispensations, measuring out the amount of punishment the Nations were allowed to inflict on her, guiding the fulfilment of Prophecy on Israel’s behalf …and calling out every Generation a remnant that would believe in Him.  Israel was blinded in part UNTIL the fulness of the Gentiles! The time of Gentiles will soon come to an end!

God has NOT lost track of His people Israel even though they were scattered upon the whole earth like lost sheep… For Centuries NO one has searched after them …but God is searching for them out of the Nations and bringing the Jews back to their own land – Israel. The Gentile Nations WILL have (and currently are) a hand in this glorious work of God; “For they shall bring your (Israel) sons in their arms and your daughters upon their shoulders.” – Isaiah 49:22. The Land of their fathers WILL draw ALL of them…as a magnet irresistibly draws iron fillings to itself! The WAR and Antisemitism across the World is happening right now is drawing Jewish people back to Israel just as the Bible said it would happen in the Last Days!

God has placed MANY reminders for us as believers in Yeshua – Jesus Christ our Saviour (Christians and Churches) to REMEMBER His people and Israel… Jewish people live in nearly every country of the world! Some have become famous around the world! Twice British Prime Minister (1868, 1874–80) Benjamin Disraeli was a Jew and lived in 10 Downing Street. He was a brilliant Statesman that helped Great Britian …so vast that it was said “the sun never sets on the British Empire.” Although Disraeli was a Jew, he had accepted Yeshua - Jesus Christ as his Messiah, and he knew that the Hebrew people (Jews) had achieved greatness ONLY because of their God! It is a far cry for the Britain we know today with the current Antisemitism and Jew-hatred because of Islamization and Starmer Leadership …and sadly NO longer “Great Britain!”  

God’s Word is clear about His chosen people... Nations that treat Israel with hostility will face serious repercussions. The Bible reminds us that God stands firm with His people. When we reflect on this, we realize that we are called to love and support Israel, rather than going against them. Is Israel perfect? No and neither are we! We choose to stand Israel as it is Biblical! This unwavering stance reflects God’s Covenant and His deep love for Israel. 

WARNING for ALL the Nations, Leaders and people who want Israel destroyed have a fight with Almighty God – Yahweh Himself… "Come, they say, ‘Let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.'" – Psalm 83:4. Here, we see the intentions of ENEMIES aiming to erase Israel’s identity. God sees these motives, and He assures us that He will NOT allow their evil plans to succeed. It’s a stark reminder of how God protects His people. Nations that fail to support Israel - their downfall is a direct consequence of their actions against God’s people. It encourages us to stand with those God has chosen, leading to "blessings," and NOT destruction." For the nation or kingdom that will not serve you will perish; it will be utterly ruined." – Isaiah 60:12.

God promises protection for Israel… Those who seek harm will face destruction themselves; "But ALL who devour you (Israel) will be devoured; ALL your enemies will go into exile." – Jeremiah 30:16. It reassures us that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – Yahweh is actively watching over His children and will bring justice for those who oppose them. "The day of the LORD is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head." – Obadiah 1:15. In this verse, God promises protection for Israel. Those who seek harm Israel WILL face destruction themselves. It reassures us that God is actively watching over His children and will bring justice for those who oppose them!

The Bible described God’s attachment to Jerusalem and the Land of Israel - the same Land that God’s people will possess and WILL hold and reign throughout the entire Kingdom Age when our Lord Yeshua WILL Himself reign gloriously from Jerusalem after the Tribulation!  Those that bless Israel is blessed… BUT those that curse her remain cursed too.

We most sincerely believe that God WILL bless you for your faithfulness and love for His land and chosen people. God’s Word is true! He IS watching to see how the Nations are treating His people. God will have mercy on Israel through Gentile believers acting as mediators towards them. This is one of the most amazing revelations ever given to the Church – an opportunity to do something that carries the highest priority in the heart of God. Yet, sadly, so few have seen the potential and the rewards of serving God in this manner - as agents of mercy to Israel and the Jewish people! Israel was and still is despised today and a despised Nation continually turning away from God …BUT nothing ever altered the purpose of God for that Nation. The "despised element" is always a noticeable element in the purpose of God. When the Saviour of the world came, He came of that "despised Nation" (and just like Israel) He Himself was "…despised and rejected by men." And there is that despised element; "…things that are despised God has chosen," - 1 Corinthians 1:28.
