If we have learnt anything from the past decade, it is this; "peace is fragile" and so is life. Truly our times are all in God’s Hands. Things can change at any given moment even when we least expect it to happen. This year - 2020 had many asking this question (whether believers or unbelievers) "…how long will God allow the earth and its inhabitants to destroy themselves before He intervenes?" We do not know the answer and neither does anyone else. But what we do know is that today more than any other time in the history the events that are occurring are foreshadowing the Bible Prophecies of thousands of years ago. The alignment of nations, the collapse of moral values, abortions, rise of LGBTQ and even the weakening or silence of the Church or Body of Christ! We are witnessing the lies of corrupt, godless, weak, greedy, power-hungry Leaders of the Western "Free World" submitting to powers of darkness! Radical Liberals and Socialist Communists are pushing "lawlessness, hate and racialism to achieve world control! These are only some of the indicators of the era that we are living in which are directly preceding the return of Christ!

Did you know most plagues originated in CHINA? Look at this… In 1346; The Bubonic plague starts in China and moves westward aided by the ease of travel in the Mongol Empire. Where did it start? CHINA! The Mongols laid siege to the Port of Kaffa on the Crimean Peninsula and catapulted plague corpses into the besieged city. The Mongol army withdraws, but has succeeded in bringing the plague to Europe! In 1793; (1^st August) – A Yellow Fever Epidemic breaks out as French refugees (from the Haitian Revolution) flee to Philadelphia and bring the dreaded disease with into America. 10 % will die from the disease making it one of the worst epidemics in the history of the country. The third pandemic began in the 1850’s in CHINA, spreading across Asia with such ferocity that India alone lost 20 million people. In 1918-19; Influenza virus originated in the northern city of Shenyang in CHINA and was carried to France by Chinese migrant workers during World War I. In 1957-58; The Asian Flu pandemic was another global showing for Influenza. With its roots in CHINA, the disease claimed more than 1 million lives. The virus that caused the pandemic was a blend of Avian Flu viruses. The Centres for Disease Control and Prevention had noted that the disease spread rapidly and was reported in Singapore in February 1957, Hong Kong in April 1957, and to the coastal cities of the United States in the summer of 1957. The total death toll was more than 1.1 million worldwide, with 116,000 deaths occurring in the United States. As recent as now in 2019-20; The Corona Virus (Covid-19) originated in Wuhan in CHINA and was deliberately spread from there into the world with a World Health Organization (WHO) cover-up aiding the spread but this time affecting the whole world shutting down economies; causing widespread sickness; death and lockdowns!

Did you know that there is a connection to - Event 201 between Bill Gates and the Covid-1984 Johns Hopkins Global plannedemic? Now here in the end on 2020, presumptive president-elect Joe Biden has been constantly repeating the phrase "dark winter," an expression that upon further discovery brings you right back to Bill Gates and Event 201. Is this the next chapter in the COVID-1984 End-Times scenario? These are the End-Times where there are NO coincidences and things just don’t happen by accident. Take, for example, the Joe Biden campaign slogan of ‘Build Back Better’, a phrase that was crafted by the United Nations and the New World Order, long before Joe Biden started using it. So why did he start using it, and why is he now talking about a ‘dark winter’? Was he speaking of the Covid-19 Virus or more sinister Globalists plans? Did you know; that "Operation Dark Winter" was the code name for a senior-level bio-terrorist attack simulation conducted; June 22–23, 2001. It was designed to carry out a mock version of a "covert" and widespread smallpox attack on the United States. Did Biden and his Democrat party know something more than what he would let on? Was it all planned by the Democrats, China, Iran and Globalists to remove US President Trump from office – by a "covert" Covid-19 operation planned in 2019? We believe so! Here’s why: The global elites who brought us the Event 201 and COVID-1984 are preparing us for the next step – forced vaccinations. Dark winter? All done in secret so that we all have NO idea until it is sprung! Forced lockdowns, mandatory vaccinations, human implantable Immunity Passports, and something that will send us out of the room running when we truly understand what it is – the "green zone shielding scenario" that takes place inside your own home.

Biden even boasted about the Democrats pulling off the greatest fraud? His message had NO hope! In the 1990’s there was a great stirring around the world as threats of Communism were quieting as governments topple and new leaders emerged and a new freedom was felt by the people it had oppressed. Most people across the world rejoiced as Communism fell and a "new world" of freedom emerged – but at the same time the world was being lulled into false security! Warnings were all there and the dangers in the road ahead! However, they failed to see either see or watch the "signs" instead began to slowly embrace them again! The night is coming and a darkness that WILL cover this globe in suffering and sorrow such as we have never known …BUT we as true believers must NOT sit and wring our hands about the state of the world. Our amazing God is still in control and has provided a way of escape of the "dark winter!" God predicts the future with inerrant accuracy. He knows the end from the beginning. However, He gives us the guide for the present; "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." – Matthew 6:34. We are NOT to worry about tomorrow but He wants us to understand the future so that we will know how to live today. The Bible warned us that when people are saying "peace and safety" (1 Thessalonians 5:3) – then sudden destruction will come! Just a short time ago people were NOT talking of peace and safety as this Prophecy like many others being fulfilled today would have been hard to believe – but the wheel of history is turning fast now just as the prophecies are coming to pass! An Angel told the Prophet Daniel that many prophecies would NOT be understood and must be SEALED until the End-Times (Daniel 12:9-10). However, in Revelation the prophecies are UNSEALED and the Apostle John is given opposite orders (Revelation 22:10). John was told to get the word out! 

The "naked truth" is uncovering that the Covid-19 China Virus was all part of a plan by the Globalist to bring the world into submission, produce a vaccine and at the same time to remove a duly elected President Trump! What happens in America will affect Israel, the Church and the West! We MUST stand with President Trump as he is anti-Globalist, pro-life, pro-America, pro-God and they hate him for it! Covid-19 was implemented through lies, fear, deception and fraud. Liberals and Globalists rebelled against God and followed the path of Satan in the End-Times! Think about this; at the end of the last Decade and Biblical Year: 5780–2019/20 …and at the beginning of the NEW Biblical Year and Decade; 5781-2020/21 - the "signs of the time" was that our generation was on a fast track forgetting past history …and most of all Judeo-Christian principles based upon God’s Word, the Bible, by which we based our faith in our Western Countries. Much of the youth today NO longer know or even acknowledge the Judeo-Christian God, the God of Israel and His Word the Bible. The FINAL days of Prophecy are before us even though they were written thousands of years ago. And a 2,000-year Prophecy of our Lord is playing out before our eyes as we see Matthew 24 and Luke 11 coming to pass.

Yeshua (Jesus) listed several Last Days’ signs… "So, you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near – at the doors! Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place" - Matthew 24:33-34. In other words, once we see all the signs coming into focus at the same time, we should expect the climax of these events within one generation! Prophecies coming to pass today:

(1) Wide-spread deception in Christ’s Name: Matthew 24:4-5, 11, 24-26; 2 Thessalonians 2; 2 Peter 2:1-3.

(2) Global communications: Revelation 11:9-10; 17:8.

(3) A global cry for peace: 1 Thessalonians 5:3.

(4) Chaotic weather prevalent: Luke 21:25-26.

(5) A move toward a New World Order - Globalist One World Government: Daniel 2:40-44; 7:23; Revelation 13:7-8.

(6) Technology capable of tracking the world’s population: Revelation 13:16-17.

(7) Israel (the fig tree) regathered in 1948 into their nation after being dispersed for nearly 2,000 years: Isaiah 11:11-12; 43:5-6; 66:8; Jeremiah 31:7-10; Ezekiel 37:21-22; 38:8.

(8) Jerusalem becomes "a burdensome stone" to ALL nations: Zechariah 12:2-3.

(9) Israel prospering economically: Ezekiel 38:12-13.

(10) Preparations to re-build the (3^rd) Temple in Jerusalem: Daniel 9:27; 12:11; Mark 13:14; Revelation 11:1-2.

(11) Russia, Iran, China and other countries rising military powers to prepare a surprise attack on Israel: Ezekiel 38.

(12) Anti-Semitism worldwide on increase and will drastically increase: Deuteronomy 28:37; Jeremiah 29:18; 44:8.

(13) Homosexuality (LGBTQ) flaunted: Genesis 19; Jude 1:7; Luke 17:28-30.

(14) A world-wide move toward a Global religion: Revelation 13:8; Revelation 17.

(15) Lawlessness abounding: Matthew 24:12; Revelation 9:21.

(16) Babylon re-emerging on the world scene: Zechariah 5:11; Isaiah 13; Revelation 17-19.

(17) Increased interest in the occult, Satanism, witchcraft, and sorceries: Revelation 9:21; 18:23; 21:8; Isaiah 47:9-15; Micah 5:10-15.

(18) The kings of the East rising (China): Revelation 9:14-16; 16:12.

There are many more Last Days’ signs that appear to be culminating before our eyes… Therefore, all indications are that delivery MUST also be fast approaching. Whether time is actually speeding up, or whether our perception is the result of these "birth pangs" increasing, we cannot be certain. One thing is for sure, the Bible is true and the Lord’s return is near! "But you, brothers are Not in darkness so that this day should surprise you like a thief …we do not belong to the night or to the darkness …let us not be like others who are asleep, but let us be alert…" – 1 Thessalonians 5:4-6. Certainly, God Himself "…changes the times and the seasons" -Daniel 2:21 and as God sees fit. He is the one and only Sovereign God and He alone determines kings and nations and ordinances and times and seasons. So, it’s NO surprise that His Word anticipates this time and an acceleration. Interestingly, Scripture even informs us that the Antichrist; "…shall speak pompous words against the Most High, shall persecute the saints of the Most High, and shall intend to change times and law…" - Daniel 7:2.

Out of the suffering of God’s people have come some of the greatest triumphs! When the circumstances look the darkest, God has the opportunity to shine the brightest! Many people are saying today "why Lord?" and "why me, Lord?" The question should probably be "why NOT me Lord?" or "what did we do to deserve this?" Did you know that almost all of the Lord’s Disciples were martyred and suffered for their faith? Our Lord Yeshua (Jesus) was beaten, spat upon, mocked and crucified on the cross and He did it all for us! We as His Body of believers WILL suffer in some way or another for our faith and belief in God …and as the days grow darker with evil and wickedness our lights - no matter how small MUST shine on! "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven." – Matthew 5:16. Did you know some people don’t think that going to Church is important and say; "I have my own way of worshipping" or "I don’t need a building or a preacher." Well God certainly thinks differently and to Him Church is important. When He gave the Apostle John the vision in the Book of Revelation it was almost as looking through a magnifying glass at the Church as it is today! God is not a member of one denomination or another! The Lord Yeshua (Jesus) is "the ROCK upon which the Church was built" and warned that; "…the gates of hell will NOT overcome it!" - Matthew 16:15-16. The rock upon which the Church was built is NOT Peter - BUT Christ Himself! (1 Corinthians 10:4).

Now let’s look at what warning lies ahead for the Church of the Last Days as mentioned in the Book of Revelation – Chapters 1-3. The word "Revelation" means; "the disclosure of that which was previously ‘hidden’ or ‘unknown.’" The Lord Yeshua (Jesus) wrote 7 letters to 7 literal Churches in Asia Minor (today situated in Turkey) during the 1^st Century - AD 33-100. However, these letters have NOT been assigned to the archives of Biblical history to gather dust. They are as current and relevant as today’s calendar as they represent the Church as their "spiritual condition" - in decline and have personal value to every believer. These Churches of way back 2,000 years ago were real …just as the Church and Body of Christ are today. Let’s examine them together!

The first Church of Ephesus… (Revelation 2:1-7) had a serious love problem, just as modern Churches of today do. Ephesus was a Cosmopolitan City of rich and poor, cultured and ignorant, a gathering place for “false religious” cults and superstitions. The Temple of Diana, one of the 7 wonders of the world, was there. This shrine served as the bank of Asia, an art gallery and a sanctuary for criminals …and the city derived much of its wealth from the manufacture and sale of images of the pagan “goddess Diana.” However, the Ephesian Church persevered through troubled times as their disciple were prevalent and they despised the Nicolaitans, a sect which led a life of self-indulgence and immorality. Their true love for God involved a fervent aversion to those who counterfeit and distort the purity of Biblical truth.

Ephesus sounds like a great Church – doesn’t it? It was dynamic, dedicated; patient; discerning and disciplined Church …but Yeshua (Jesus) our Lord saw past the pious façade as the Church had “heart trouble” as they had “forsaken their first love” (Revelation 3:4). What a shock to be told that you don’t have the love for Yeshua – Jesus Christ as you once did! The Lord warned them that the Church would also loose its “light” and its testimony in the community (Revelation 2:5) …and it actually happened years later when Ephesus declined as a city and today is still un-inhabitable as a major ruin in Turkey. What a warning for the Churches today too! From the outside appearance Ephesus looked like a model Church BUT from the inside its love had grown cold for God!

The Church of Smyrna (the “iron curtain” Church) … was one of only two of the seven Churches to receive letters of total commendation and encouragement the other one was Philadelphia! The letter to Smyrna was written to the people under pressure …and every word spoken to this suffering “Body of Christ’ was of “appreciation.” Smyrna was the proudest city of Asia and was considered by historians as the most exquisite city the Greeks had ever built at that time. The city sloped to the sea and along the sides of the hill was a large amphitheatre where 20,000 people could sit …and it was there that the worship of CAESAR was centred!

Did you know that by the time the Book of Revelation was written, “Emperor worship” was compulsory! Churches were persecuted because they wouldn’t BOW DOWN to Caesar and burn incense in the temple dedicated to “Kaiser Kurios” – “Caesar is Lord!” The Christians who refused to “bow down” to the “Emperor’s worship” were marked as traitors against the government! (Do you see a pattern today of people bowing to appease man? Yes!) To be a Christian in the time of the Roman Empire during “a bloody era” was to live in jeopardy every day as the tortures inflicted on these men and women of faith were despicable. Some Christians were strapped on a wheel and their ankles chained to the floor and wrists tied to the wheel and every time they were asked “to deny the Lord” and if they refused the rack was tightened until their limbs were ripped off limb by limb. Other Christians were thrown into boiling oil or mangled to death by hungry lions in the Coliseum. The Church of Smyrna was pulled apart by poverty, pressure and persecution!

Did persecution happen in the Old Testament? Yes! Just as we read in Daniel 3:1-24 King Nebuchadnezzar commanded worship of a “Golden Statue” as soon as the music started, the people had to “bow down and worship” - the image. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego the three Hebrews refused to bow and were thrown into fiery furnace …BUT our Lord was right there in the midst with them and brought them through the “fiery trial” unharmed! We must NOT think that we are exempt today - neither Jew nor Gentile will be exempt BUT rather persecuted. Everyone alive on planet earth WILL be forced to “bow down” to the Antichrist image! It was then that some Babylonians took the opportunity to denounce the Jews! Today they are denouncing Judea- Christians (Zionists) who believe in the whole Bible and that the land of Israel was given to the Jews by God just as the Word of God teaches us. What if we lose our jobs because we are Christians? What if our children or grandchildren are taunted because they believe in Yeshua – Jesus Christ? What if our Bibles were confiscated? The question is will we stay faithful to the end?

Polycarp was the Pastor of the Church of Smyrna… and was a student and disciple of the Apostle John. He was the messenger and “angel” of whom our Lord Yeshua – Jesus Christ spoke of when John wrote the 2^nd letter. Polycarp’s ministry ended in AD 156 when the persecution of Christians had increased. Christians were tortured and thrown to wild beasts. Polycarp marched into the Amphitheatre where a “violent mob” was waiting with intent to see what form of “ghoulish pleasure” they could get from Polycarp’s violent death and demanded that he deny Christ …but instead he said this; “Eighty-six years have I served the Lord and He has NEVER did me any harm; how can I blaspheme my KING and my Saviour?”

And as Polycarp stood there the governor shouted; "I’ll have you destroyed by fire, unless you change your attitude!" Polycarp answered them; You threaten me with fire which burns for an hour and after a little while is extinguished? But you are ignorant of the fires of the coming judgement and of Eternal punishment reserved for the ungodly. But why should you delay? Bring on what you will!" The crowd gathered and wood and threw their torches on the pyre (a structure usually made of wood, for burning a body as part of a funeral rite or execution). Their HATRED was bitter and cheered loudly when the godly Pastor and man of God was brought to be burned on the stake! And, as the flames began to curl around his body Polycarp prayed; "I thank You (God) that You (God) have graciously thought me worthy of this day, that I may be a part of the number of martyrs to die for Christ!"

Our Lord Yeshua (Jesus) understood the sufferings of the Smyrna believers and trials as He Himself after being slandered and falsely accused, whipped and beaten and then hung on a Roman cross and reminded His followers that; "I know your afflictions and your poverty – yet you are rich. You will suffer persecution for ten days!" – Revelation 2:9-10. We believe His intent was to prepare the Church today for the suffering that would be brief in contrast to Eternity! Christians throughout time have been and still are being persecuted for their faith and some of us today may even be called upon to suffer in our own lifetimes! After the RAPTURE and during the End-Times Great Tribulation it WILL be the same when the soon to be revealed Antichrist will force everyone to "bow down" and "worship" him instead of God!

Before the Holocaust - Corrie Ten Boom recalled a childhood incident when she told her father, "I am afraid that I will never be strong enough to die as a martyr." He said, "When you have to go on a journey, when do I give you the money for the fare… two weeks before…?" "No, Daddy, on the day that I am leaving." "Precisely… and our wise Father in heaven knows when we are going to need things, too! When the time comes to die you will find the strength you need… just in time!" Years later, Corrie was imprisoned during the Holocaust in Ravens Bruck, the infamous German prison camp where more than 50,000 women were killed including her own sister. She wrote, "It is necessary, when we prepare ourselves for the end time… also to be prepared to die for Jesus!" Suffering takes on many forms! It’s not to say that everyone will die as martyrs but rather suffer greatly under the godless Antichrist and his followers.

The Church of Philadelphia (like Smyrna) had NO word of condemnation… The Philadelphia Church was commended because it had "little strength" …and this is contrary to human thinking as we believe we need to be "super-humans" to accomplish the work of God! Wonderful promises are made to this Church which are key to understanding prophecy! 

This Church of Philadelphia had the right doctrine and the right living going hand in hand. Where doctrine is present without love; it’s legalism and where love is present without doctrine; it’s humanism. God promised to open doors for this loving Church to give opportunity as missionaries to bring Christ’s Salvation to a lost world! The Lord has a special plan that will keep the Philadelphian Church (and all true believers) from the world-wide tribulation which is to come! 2020 has certainly been a great example of the Lord’s promise …but it is nothing compared to what lies ahead! Yeshua (Jesus) doesn’t say; "I will keep you "through" the hour of trial …BUT "from the hour of trial!" This refers to the future RAPTURE when the Lord will "catch away God’s people for Himself" Yes, we can clearly see by this Scripture that this is a sure promise for the Church who will NOT go through the Great Tribulation!

The Church of Pergamum… 2,000 years ago if we entered Pergamum – the Capital of Asia, we would see its breathless beauty as it was built on a rocky hill overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. It was a Cultural Centre, famous for its library and attracted the finest minds in the academic world. However, the Lord didn’t write to the professors in their ivory towers …but rather to Christians struggling to keep their faith amidst critics of higher learning and so He called Pergamum – "Satan’s City" …which may not have pleased these "so-called" learned professors. Much like today’s Universities are filled with Liberal know-it-all professors as many believers who are students sadly have to sit in their classrooms and listen to these Liberal teachers scoff at the God of the Bible, their Christian beliefs and values. The believers of Pergamum were commended by the Lord because; "…you remain true to my name. You did NOT renounce your faith in me, even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness." – Revelation 2:12. The Church of Pergamum had become tolerant of evil and worldly standards had crept into their fellowship and compromising Christians made it hard to distinguish between believers and non-believers. Are we seeing this happening today? God is calling everyone today to repentance especially the believers with a promise of restoration with a white stone (Revelation 2:17). In Ancient courts, white and black stones represented the verdict; a black stone = guilty and a white stone acquittal!

It was in Pergamum where the worship of the god of healing in temples (like hospitals) was deeply entrenched in culture. The emblem of the pagan god Asclepius was on many coins. Did you know that today the same "coiled snake on a staff" is the sign of the medical profession! Today’s doctors may not even be aware that it represented and originated in "Satan’s City!" Christ said; "Nevertheless, I have a few things against you" – Revelation 2:14 …and the Pergamum believers must have thought "…what did I do wrong?" Like believers would say today as the world is rebels against God. Satan had slithered in through the back door and led the people of Pergamum astray as a deceiving serpent! Even members of the Church had been deceived and were following weird teachings and following "doctrines of Balaam" (Numbers 22-25) and others to the "Nicolaitans" (Revelation 2:14:15). Balaam tried to command God, but instead of a curse - Israel was blessed and his plan backfired! Frustrated by his failure to get what he wanted he tried to corrupt Israel through adultery. His plan was; "if you can’t curse them – then corrupt them!" The sin of Pergamum, just as that of Balaam was the prime mover to the fall of Israel.

The Church of Thyatira… This Church received an important letter quite opposite to the one of Ephesus. Instead it was growing in love with hard working people, faithful and patient. But, beneath the healthy surface there was a cesspool as the Church of Thyatira had tolerated a satanic woman in its midst. Their refusal to rebuke Jezebel was like Ahab’s refusal to deal with his. Biblically and Historically Ahab was one of Israel’s most wicked kings and Jezebel his wife. When she married Ahab, she brought her religion with her and persuaded Ahab to build a temple to worship "Astarte" the pagan goddess of sexual immorality! Jezebel’s character was so evil filled with idolatry and immorality that Elijah the Prophet prophesied that she would come to a sudden end and her body eaten by dogs! However not everyone in the Thyatira Church had become a part of this evil cult …and to these faithful believers Christ gives marvellous promises and tells them to hold on until His return! Can we relate to this today?

The Church of Sardis… A Liberal Church and a dead Church… Sardis is the 5^th Church of Revelation and was “one of the oldest and most important cities of Asia Minor, and until 549 BC, the capital of the kingdom of Lydia. The letter to the Church of Sardis was “Wake up!” Here the Lord was not saying to the Church to wake up from its death sleep …but rather He is calling upon it to awake! The first call to renewal is the honest awareness acknowledging that something is desperately wrong. Churches die spiritually because Christians allow doctrinal error and worldly ways to enter their doors. Biblical doctrine is vital! Christs warning to this Church; “But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.”- Revelation 3:3. However we see this in in “Sardian” type of Churches today and who have NOT remained true to God and the Lord has warned “sudden judgement” if there is no repentance. 

There was and still is NEVER a time that God had just forsaken humanity …but has always provided someone to warn the people; in the days before the flood – God had righteous Enoch and Noah. In the time of universal idolatry there was Abraham and even in Sodom – there was Lot! Today God also has His people to remind the true believer of the Holy spirit – our helper! We need to be submissive to those God has chosen to guide us. In the Ancient City of Sardis there probably was NO other Church …but today believers have so many choices. To the believers 2,000 years ago Christ reminded the Sardis Christians to stay true and then would someday be dressed in white! In Roman culture this was significant as it reminded them of the day of Roman triumph donning their white togas and joining the majestic procession …and so the Lord used this example to show that someday they too would be triumphant with Him and that He would never blot out their names from the heavenly register …and that they would be acknowledged by Him before Abba Father and the angels.

The Luke-warm Church of Laodicea… The final Church mentioned in Revelation 3:15 and the last Church of End-Times AND will be in existence at the time of Yeshua (Jesus) return. The Laodicea Church is similar to Churches of today of the 20^th Century! It is a compromising Church as the preaching was not to offend anyone with Biblical truth …but rather keep their members happy enough not to affect their contributions and so it had become "lukewarm." This is the only place in the New Testament where the word "lukewarm" is used. The expression would be clear to the 1^st Century Church because of the geography and area surrounding it. In the district of Hierapolis were hot springs whose water was transported to Laodicea in conduits and by the time it reached the city it was no longer hot only Luke-warm. Under Roman rule the Laodicea Church had become rich and was widely known for its banking establishments, medical school and textile industry. BUT sadly, with all this affluence the Church had been "lulled" to sleep. The members were; rich in material things – but were spiritually poor! The Banking city had squeezed the Church into its mould and the spirit of the marketplace had crept in and values became twisted with human standards and NOT Gods Biblical standards. The Lord had NOTHING positive to say about this Church …and in fact made Him sick! It’s interesting that God looks at "apostasy" and gets angry but looks at "indifference" and becomes ill!

Did you know that in the Bible there are three possible heart temperatures? We read of a "burning heart" in; Luke 24:32; "They asked each other, ‘Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?’" And, of a "cold heart In Matthew 24:12! WHY? "…because lawlessness (wickedness) will be increased, the love of many will grow cold!" And, a "lukewarm heart" of the Last Days Church of Revelation! The Laodicean Church was half-hearted and perhaps none of the seven letters is more appropriate to the nominal, "apostate" Church of these Last Days. In the Book of Revelation, the Church is NEVER mentioned again after chapter four! Why are there NO more letters to Churches after Revelation 3 as the chapter ends abruptly? Did they just disappear after the Laodicean era? 

The Church of Philadelphia (like Smyrna) had NO word of condemnation… The Philadelphia Church was commended because it had "little strength" …and this is contrary to human thinking as we believe we need to be "super-humans" to accomplish the work of God! Wonderful promises are made to this Church which are key to understanding prophecy!

If we today are living in the time of the LAST Church on earth before Christ’s return then certainly the hour on God’s time clock is wounding up and spinning faster. We are being swept along the path of History by a swift wind and our ability to weather the storm will come from understanding of prophecy and the Bible; "…he who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." – Revelation 3:22. Let’s heed what has been echoed through the centuries to our generation! Has the Church and Christianity become so flabby and anaemic as we appear to have taken a "lukewarm" bath to appease the Liberal, godless world? Or, are we so afraid of having a "burning heart" that is on fire for Christ, that we don’t want to be labelled as fanatics or extremists? You see if we not going to stand up for what we believe then Satan will fool not only us but our children. We need to be bold and speak the truth. You see the Laodicean Church had become rich but also Luke-warm and conceited (Revelation 3:17). 

Yes, our Lord gave us a glimpse at what the Church would look like in the Last Days… Just like the Laodiceans were well endowed with the riches of the world so too will be the End-Times Church. But what they really needed they couldn’t buy with their gold! In the City of Laodicea there was a medical school and one of the products it produced was a tablet that when crushed and rubbed on the eye as a salve for healing of many eye ailments. Yeshua (Jesus) reminded them that what they really needed more than a salve was a cure for spiritual "blindness!" (Revelation 3:20). When our Lord first came 2,000 years ago, He was met with unbelief (John 1:11) and predicted that at His Second Coming would also be met with unbelief (Luke 18:8). The condition at the time of His return with an exception of a remnant of true believers – will be Christ-less! Yes, we are living in the time of the last Church on earth and signs are pointing towards it more and more each day! Sadly, in every Church today there are those members of the Church of Ephesus that have "lost their first love" or of Smyrna – the suffering ones. Someday there will be a Church (Body of lukewarm Laodicean believers) that will be on earth (after the Rapture) during the terrible Great Tribulation and at the Second Coming of Christ! These are believers like the five virgins that had NO oil and did not see the signs or prepare their lamps for the Bridegroom!

God’s Word is true! He IS watching to see how the nations are treating His people – Israel. God will have mercy on Israel through Gentile believers acting as mediators towards them! This is one of the most amazing revelations ever given to the Church – an opportunity to do something that carries the highest priority in the heart of God. Yet, sadly, so few have seen the potential and the rewards of serving God in this manner - as agents of mercy to Israel and the Jewish people! Israel was and still is despised today and a despised nation continually turning away from God BUT nothing ever altered the purpose of God for that nation. The despised element is always a noticeable element in the purpose of God. When the Saviour of the world came, He came of that despised nation; like Israel… He Himself was; "despised and rejected by men," …and there is that despised element; "…things that are despised God has chosen," 1 Corinthians 1:28. Now, more than at any time is the time to support Israel and the Jewish people - the Lord’s Brethren! We are witnessing the nations and people turning their backs on Israel. Thank you for your prayers and generous financial support especially during these very difficult times. With "lockdown" and difficult "recovery" still lying ahead we ARE reminded that the Wuhan Corona Virus has caused many dire needs and continue to increase here in Israel upon the already most vulnerable!
